About this experience
Join Chef Andrea Salusso in his Barcelona loft studio for an intimate, hands-on cooking workshop. We'll start with traditional Italian handmade pasta dough from scratch, learn the rolling techniques, and transition into making Spanish-style gourmet tapas utilizing local market ingredients. The evening concludes with a sit-down dinner enjoying the dishes we prepared together paired with organic wine.
