1. Platform Services & Fees
bookacookingclass offers an online directory and booking platform connecting students with culinary providers. Providers setting up custom pages agree to any applicable SaaS subscriptions or transaction percentage fees displayed during setup. All transactions are securely processed.
2. Payment Processing
All booking payments are processed directly via Stripe Connect. Direct payouts go straight to the provider's Stripe balance, subject to Stripe's own terms and standard processing timelines.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We operate a strict **24-hour cancellation policy**. Students are entitled to a full refund if they cancel their booking at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of class commencement are non-refundable.
4. Provider Responsibilities
Providers are solely responsible for hosting their cooking classes, maintaining correct slot availability, configuring active virtual links, complying with local food hygiene regulations, and handling student inquiries in a timely manner.
