About this class

In this Moles tasting it will not only be a test of each one, but rather you will have the opportunity to listen to the history and rituals of Oaxacan food, each mole will be served in the different ways in which we locals enjoy it every day. We will have dynamics where you will learn about the general ingredients of each mole and you will be surprised to discover the fusions of flavors. Each mole is a different dish, which will make you end up very satisfied and happy to have joined us. We have unlimited mezcal along with the moles, so that you also end up being a mezcal expert at the end of the tasting.
