During the workshop you will discover the authentic traditions of Roman home cooking. I will teach you how to cook two classic recipes from my family: semolina gnocchi and meatballs with sauce, just like my grandmother makes them! We will do every preparation step together and you can easily replicate everything we cooked together at home.
