Experience Traditional Japanese Design with Icing Cookies, Tokyo

About this class

You can experience making icing cookies in a relaxed atmosphere in a quiet residential area near Toshimaen Station, where the Harry Potter interactive facility “Warner Buzzard Studio Tour Tokyo” is located. In the hands-on lesson, you will design cookies with Japanese patterns unique to Japan. Cookies and icing cream will be prepared in advance by the instructor. In this lesson, all edible ingredients are used. The instructor will carefully teach you how to draw beautiful lines with icing cream, how to apply a beautiful base coat, and how to draw rope patterns. You will be able to create 5 traditional Japanese cookies: hemp leaf pattern, chrysanthemum water chestnut pattern, temari pattern, camellia pattern, and goldfish pattern.
