I am Thi from Vietnam, the 2nd largest coffee exporting country in the world. I have been working in F&B, especially in coffee industry for more than 7 years and from the beginning until now, I found many interesting things about this black holy grail, not just black or strong or bitter when you think about Vietnamese Coffee.
